Using Giifftt

You need an account to create wishlists, Gift Profiles and events. Keep your sign-in details safe and use Giifftt lawfully and kindly.

Your content

You own what you add. You give us permission to store and display it so Giifftt works — including showing a wishlist to anyone you share its link with.

Prices, stores and availability

• Prices and availability come from the store and can change at any time.
• We show a product's price in the store's own currency and do not convert it.
• We do not sell products. Shipping, customs duties, taxes and returns are between you and the retailer.
• Unless a store states otherwise, we cannot confirm that an item ships to your country — check delivery options with the retailer.

Gift ideas

Gift ideas are suggestions. Where a card is marked as a verified product, the details were read from a live product page at the time shown. Everything else is an idea to explore.

Some store links may earn Giifftt a small commission at no extra cost to you. This never changes which ideas we show you.

Secret Santa Plus payments

• Secret Santa is free to use. Secret Santa Plus is an optional upgrade costing A$9.99 AUD as a one-time payment for a single exchange. It is not a subscription or membership, and nothing renews.
• Plus applies only to the exchange it was bought for. A new exchange — even with the same people next year — uses the Free plan unless Plus is purchased for that exchange.
• Only the organiser pays. Nobody has to pay to join an exchange, add wishes or see who they are buying for.
• Payments are taken by our payment provider, Stripe. Giifftt is the seller, and your card details are handled by Stripe, never by us.
• Plus is switched on only after the payment is confirmed by Stripe.

Refunds

• Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, or the consumer law where you live. If an upgrade is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
• If something goes wrong with an upgrade, please Contact Giifftt support with the exchange name and the date of payment and we will look into it.
• Change-of-mind refunds are not automatic. We consider them case by case in line with Giifftt's refund policy at the time of purchase.
• When a payment is refunded or reversed, the Plus features switch off for that exchange. The exchange itself, its people, wishes and any completed draw are kept.
• Refunds are returned to the original payment method and are processed by Stripe.

Ending your account

You can request deletion at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or our Community Guidelines.
